Douglas Van Westen, 81, of Lakefield, died Friday, March 7, 2008, at Avera Hospital, Sioux Falls, S.D.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. today, with an 8 p.m. rosary, at Hansen Funeral Home, Lakefield, and from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at St. Joseph's Catholic Church, Lakefield.
The service will be 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at St. Joseph's Catholic Church, Lakefield, with the Rev. Peter Schuster officiating. Burial, with full military honors, will be in Good Shepherd Catholic Cemetery, Jackson.
