Steven John Krieger, 55, of Chadbourn, died Friday, March 7, 2008, at the Columbus Regional Health Care System, Whiteville, N.C.
Surviving are his wife, Jan Walters; three children, Jonathon Krieger, Raleigh, N.C., Edward Krieger, Horker Heights, Texas, and Michelle Krieger, Maryland; stepson, Kevin Walters; father, Heinz Krieger, Sibley, Iowa; five brothers, Larry (Tanya) Krieger and Douglas (Ann) Krieger, both of Fayetteville, N.C., Michael (Paula) Krieger, Sibley, Alan (Mary) Krieger, Yuma, Ariz., and Gregory (Charlene) Krieger, Sibley; four sisters, Laureen (Richard) Engler, Sharon (Jeff) Maltas and Jacqueline (Garry) Leathers, all of Sibley, and Judith (Doug) Lancaster, Austin, Texas; and one grandchild.
Visitation will be from 4 to 6 p.m. Friday at First Presbytedrian Church, Sibley.
A private family memorial service will be at First Presbyterian Church, Sibley, with the Rev. Terry Simm officiating.
Jurrens Funeral Homes, Sibley, is in charge of the arrangements.
