WORTHINGTON - A Sioux Falls, S.D. man was arrested Wednesday in Worthington pursuant to a Minnehaha County, S.D. warrant.
Nobles County deputies arrested Eric M. Harris, 20, for violating the terms of his suspended sentence on his February conviction and sentence for reckless discharge of a firearm and accessory to a felony in Minnehaha County, S.D.
He was to be held on a $5,000 bond and was charged with felony fugitive from justice of another state in Nobles County District Court. Extradition was waived after Harris agreed to return to Minnehaha County.
