WORTHINGTON -- A Sioux Falls woman arrested Dec. 31 in Nobles County has been charged with being a fugitive from justice of another state, a felony.
A Nobles County sheriff’s deputy arrested Pranom Souvannarath, 35, pursuant to a warrant issued out of Minnehaha County, S.D. after she was found in violation of the terms of a suspended sentence.
Souvannarath was to be held on a $5,000 cash bail and extradited if necessary.
