Smart Driver courses coming up

WORTHINGTON - Worthington District 518 Community Education will offer two AARP Smart Driver classes in January 2016. A four-hour refresher class will be from 12:30 to 4:30 p.m. Jan. 12 at the West Learning Center (former West Elementary School). An eight-hour class for first-time participants will begin at 6 p.m. Jan. 12 and continue Jan. 14, also at the West Learning Center.
Participants in both classes will receive certificates that will entitle them to at least a 10 percent discount on their vehicle insurance for three years.
To register for these classes, call the Community Education office, 376-6105, before Jan. 12.
