Storm Lake man pleads guilty to Osceola County drug charges

SIBLEY, Iowa - Christian Lee Wunder, 34, of Storm Lake, Iowa, pleaded guilty recently to possession of marijuana, second offense, which was committed on May 26.
Wunder is to pay a fine of $625, a 35 percent surcharge of $218.75 (however, this fine and surcharge are suspended) for the costs of the legal action and restitution of any court appointed attorney fees.
Wunder is also to pay an additional drug abuse resistance education surcharge of $10 and a law enforcement initiative surcharge of $125.
He was sentenced to the custody of the Director of the Iowa Department of Corrections for a term not to exceed two years, This sentence of incarceration, however, was suspended except for 58 days. Wunder was placed on informal probation to the Osceola County Sheriff for a period of two years.
