PIPESTONE โ With the help of a Cooperating Individual (CI), the Buffalo Ridge Drug Task Force (BRDTF) arrested a Pipestone resident Dec. 17 on multiple drug sale charges.
In January, the CI told task force officers that Madorie Schroer-Dolezal, 26, had offered to sell the CI marijuana butane hash oil (BHO). The CI arranged to purchase one gram of BHO for $50, and an undercover BRDTF agent drove the CI to Schroer-Dolezal's residence. In exchange for $50, Schroer-Dolezal allegedly gave the CI an envelope with a piece of wax paper containing the BHO. The paper field-tested positive for marijuana.
About two weeks later, Schroer-Dolezal allegedly reached out to the CI again, this time offering BHO and hydrocodone pills, with the price set at $50 for a gram of BHO and $15 for five 325 mg hydrocodone pills. This second transaction allegedly also took place while a BRDTF agent waited in the car.
Both BHO samples were sent to the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension for evaluation, and it was determined that the first sheet weighed 0.973 grams and the second weighed 0.887 grams.
Schroer-Dolezal was arrested last Thursday and charged with third-degree sale of narcotics and fifth-degree sale of a controlled substance, both felonies. The third-degree charges carries a maximum possible sentence of 20 years in prison and/or a $250,000 fine, but if she's convicted, Schroer-Dolezal will be sentenced based on criminal history.
