HETTINGER, N.D. - A 17-year-old faces three felony charges alleging he raped two 16-year-old girls and engaged in sexual activity with a 14-year-old.
Joshua Tyler Holt, of Hettinger, N.D., faces the gross sexual imposition charges in adult court in Cass and Adams counties.
On Friday, Holt's bail was reduced from $100,000 cash or bond to $25,000 bond or 10 percent cash for the Cass County charges.
He is being held in the Cass County Juvenile Detention Center.

At a residence in north Fargo on Feb. 17, Holt had sexual intercourse with a 14-year-old girl who described herself as his girlfriend to law enforcement.
The age of consent in North Dakota is 15.
A 16-year-old girl told authorities that same night Holt forced her to perform oral sex on him and raped her.
Holt is also accused of raping a 16-year-old girl in Hettinger on July 11.
Two of the felony charges relating to the rape allegations carry a maximum sentence of life without parole. The charge involving the
14-year-old girl carries up to 20 years in prison.
Holt has pleaded not guilty to the Adams County charge. He has not yet entered a plea in the Cass County cases.
He is set to appear in court Oct. 23 on the Cass County charges.
