Van Der Stoep's 44 points lead Ellsworth

Cody Schilling registered his fifth triple-double of the season by charting 21 points, 14 rebounds and 11 assists for the 20-2 Panthers, who shot 65 percent in the first half, and finished with 15 three-pointers as a team for the game.

Aaron Esselink scored 19 for H-BC (1-19), which hosts SSC Thursday,

EDGERTON -- Wade Newgard burned the nets for 25 points as the Pipestone Area Arrows went on the road to knock off the Southwest Christian Eagles in overtime.

Matt Paulsen and Austin Carpenter joined Newgard in the Pipestone Area (7-11) scoring column with 15 and 12 points, respectively.

Eric Schaap had a game high 28 points, while grabbing seven rebounds, to lead the way for SWC (9-8). Josh Van Hofwegen also played a strong game, scoring eight and hauling in 10 boards.

SWC travels to SV-RL-B Thursday, while PA plays at MACCRAY Saturday.

GEORGE -- Tyler Fluth knocked down 23 points, grabbed 11 boards, and dished out four assists, as George-Little Rock Mustangs cruised to victory at home over the Rock Valley Rockets.

Tyler Johnson (19 points, 10 rebounds), K.C. Fiedler (12 points), and Reid Geerdes (11 points, five assists), all turned in big performances for the Mustangs (13-3, 15-3).

G-LR travels to Orange City Friday night to take on the #5 ranked MOC-FV, then travels to Ellsworth on Tuesday for a rematch against the Panthers.

SHELDON -- The Sheldon Orabs put four players in double figures, shot 63 percent from the field, and handed out 26 assists as a team, on their way to a home victory over the LeMars Bulldogs.

John Doely led the scoring output for Sheldon (14-4) with 19 points, while younger brother David Doely had 11 assists and five steals.

Justin Kuiper (18), Stephen Kirschbaum (15), and Tyler Lloyd (13), rounded out the double figure scorers for the Orabs, who host Spencer Friday night.

LeMars (8-8) was led in scoring by Jared Clement's game high 27 points.

LAKE PARK, Iowa -- Harris-Lake Park picked up a Cornbelt Conference victory by defeating Clay Central-Everly.

Nathan Shipman topped the Wolves' stat sheet with 22 points, 10 rebounds and five shot blocks.

Seth Hiveley and Travis Nissen each dished out five assists, and Kyle Noble ripped down seven boards for H-LP (10-5, 12-6).
