WADENA, Minn. - Volunteers are still needed here and in Wadena and Otter Tail counties for tornado cleanup.
Volunteers should call 211 from a landline or (800) 543-7709 from a cell phone or check in at the old Pamida parking lot on U.S. Highway 71 in Wadena.
The volunteer center is open daily from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Volunteers will not be needed on Sunday, which has been declared a day of rest. The volunteer center will reopen Monday.
Crews are being sent from Pamida to clean up debris. Volunteers should wear pants, sturdy shoes and gloves. If possible, they should also bring rakes and shovels.
