WORTHINGTON — Construction activities on West Lake Avenue from Pershing Boulevard to Liberty Drive are scheduled to begin on Monday.
West Lake Avenue will be closed to through traffic. Through traffic will be detoured to Thompson Avenue, Collegeway, North Crailsheim Road, CSAH 35 and Park Avenue. Access to residents on West Lake Avenue will alternate from the Pershing Boulevard, Godfrey Street or Liberty Drive intersections of West Lake Avenue as construction progresses. Pershing Boulevard at West Lake Avenue will be closed for approximately one week at the end of the project.
Weather permitting and construction proceeding as planned, pavement work should be completed and through traffic restored by early to mid July.
