WHS Jazz Band earns superior rating

Rating is received for 14th consecutive time

WORTHINGTON — The Worthington High School Trojan Jazz Band, under the direction of Jon Loy, recently earned its 14th consecutive superior rating at the annual Minnesota State High School League Region 2AA Solo-Ensemble Contest.

The state festival was hosted virtually this year. The 25-member WHS Jazz Band earned outstanding comments from the panel of judges who critiqued their online performance.
