WHS speech team competes in Chaska tourney

WORTHINGTON — The Worthington High School speech team competed Feb. 20 in the Chaska Speech Tournament. The following are individual results:

Nedoh Gyi, fifth place, prose-varsity final; Lucy O’Donnell, first place, humor; Marco Ramos, third place, storytelling; Oziel Briones, fourth place, humor; Tanner Gundermann, seventh place, prose; Elizabeth Martinez-Castro, seventh place, extemporaneous reading.
