Wilmont Fire Department awarded grant

Wilmont Fire Chief Steve Joens (left) accepts a $3,000 grant from Scott Nordby of Compeer Financial Tuesday afternoon. The fire department will use the money to replace pagers, purchase two-way radio batteries and new turnout gear, primarily new gloves for firefighters.
