ADRIAN - A 55-year Worthington man died Friday as a result of an afternoon crash on Minnesota 91.
A 2005 Ford F-150 pickup operated by Tracy Cummings of Worthington was traveling northbound on Minnesota 91, crossed over the center line and collided with a soutbound 2013 International semi tractor-trailer operated by Owen Marcus, 41, of Marshall, according to a Minnesota State Patrol report. The crash took place at 12:48 p.m.
Cummings was transported to Sanford Health in Sioux Falls, S.D. and died as a result of his injuries. Marcus was taken to Sanford Worthington Medical Center with non-life-threatening injuries.
The Nobles County Sheriff’s Office and Adrian police department, fire department and ambulance assisted at the scene.
