WORTHINGTON — A Worthington man plead guilty Tuesday to three out of seven charges filed against him during a January arrest .
Jose Argueta-Gusman, 21, was arrested on a felony warrant after fleeing Worthington police in a vehicle and on foot. A K9 officer eventually apprehended him.
It was later discovered that the vehicle Argueta-Gusman was driving had been stolen.
At a plea hearing Tuesday, Argueta-Gusman plead guilty to fifth-degree drug possession, introducing contraband into jail and driving while impaired. He faced four additional charges at his arrest, including vehicle theft.
Argueta-Gusman will receive his sentence at a later hearing.
