A Worthington man pleaded not guilty to second-degree criminal sexual conduct of a victim under 13 but older than 13 months Wednesday in Nobles County District Court.
According to the criminal complaint, Joel Valerio Chamonica, 31, was charged with the felony following an August 2016 incident in which he allegedly kissed a juvenile and asked the individual to go in a back room of a Worthington car shop.
A two-day jury trial will be scheduled for a future date.
