WORTHINGTON -- A Worthington man was sentenced to 161 days in jail after being convicted of felony third-degree criminal sexual conduct.

Christopher M. Singleton, 24, had already served his jail time by Wednesday’s sentencing. He was also ordered to 10 years (or until earlier discharge) of supervised probation and to pay a $1,000 fine. He was also sentenced to four years in prison, but will not be required to serve that if he’s compliant with the terms of his probation.

The redacted criminal complaint doesn’t make clear the details of the offense, but identifies a juvenile between 13 and 16 years old as a victim. Singleton was 22 years old at the time of the offense. Charges were filed last summer after a DNA analysis.
