PIPESTONE, Minn. - Cecil Mousel, 96, Jasper, Minn., died Thursday, Aug. 1, in Pipestone County Hospice House.

Visitation will be from 4-7 p.m., with a prayer service at 6:30 p.m., Monday, Aug. 5, at St. Leo Catholic Church in Pipestone. Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, August 6, at the church. Burial will be in St. Mary’s Catholic Cemetery in Dell Rapids, S.D.
