SIBLEY, Iowa - Damien Leckband, 14, Ocheyedan, Iowa, died Tuesday, June 16, in Osceola Regional Health Center.

Visitation will be from 3-5 p.m. and from 6-8 p.m. Thursday, June 25, at St. Matthew Lutheran Church in Worthington, Minn. Visitation will continue from 10-11 a.m., followed by a funeral at 11 a.m., Friday, June 26, at the church. Pastor Mark Schreiber will officiate. Private burial will be in Worthington Cemetery.
