WORTHINGTON, Minn. - Heather Kleve, 45, Worthington, Minn., died Thursday, Dec. 17, in Sanford Worthington Medical Center.

Visitation will be from 4-7 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 22, at St. Matthew Lutheran Church in Worthington. Visitation will continue from 9-10 a.m., followed by memorial services at 10 a.m., Wednesday, Dec. 23, at the church. Pastor Mark Schreiber will officiate. Burial will be in Worthington Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
