Loras Henry Marco

On Wednesday, March 25, 2020, Loras Henry Marco passed away, days before his 93rd birthday.

Loras was born on March 29, 1927 in Sibley, Iowa to Julius and Minnie (Cramer) Marco. He attended Country School District 46 and Brewster Public School. On September 5, 1950, he married Morva J. Marco at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Brewster. They farmed east of Fulda, Minnesota until 1958, when they moved to the farm north of Brewster, Minnesota, where they spent the rest of their lives.

Loras was preceded in death by Morva, his parents, Julius and Minnie Marco, infant son, Craig Thomas Marco and his twin brother, Lawrence A. Marco. He is survived by four children, Nancy Marco, Kevin (Debra) Marco, Carol (Dennis) Noerenberg, and Lori Marco; nine grandchildren, Kris, Christina, Charlene, Andrew, Anthony, Richard, Tyler, Jacob and Hadyn; and ten great-grandchildren, Katherine, Anna, Rebekah, Alexis, Nicholas, Olivia, Morgen, Preston, Gavin, and Hudson.

A graveside service for immediate family was held on Monday, March 30, 2020 at 1:00 p.m. Memorial services will be held on Wednesday, July 1, 2020, at 11:00 a.m., at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Brewster, MN, with Father Pratap Reddy Salibindla officiating.
