Alan (AL) G. Ennenga, 69 of Worthington, MN. Passed away on September 23, 2020, at his home after a long illness.
Alan was born in Worthington, MN, on 9-15-1951 to Fred & Alyce Ennenga. He grew up in Reading where he attended grade school and graduated from Worthington High School in 1970. He went to Jackson Vo-Tech. After completion He worked in Aurora and Sioux Falls, S.D. at Auto Body Shops. He then moved on to work for Engel Trucking, Eben Farms and in 2007 went to work for Sunrise Farms where he retired in January 2020.
Alan owned horses and competed in roping competitions for many years.
He was an avid motorcycle (Harley) rider and a member of ABATE. He enjoyed riding with his friends and family.
He attended multiple Sturgis Runs and enjoyed them thoroughly.
Alan loved his grand kids and family and enjoyed the time he spent with them.
Alan is survived by his daughter Alisha Powers (Partner Dan Nace), two grandsons Montana Ennenga, Charlotte, N.C., Christian Powers (Milly) Tulsa, Ok., two granddaughters, Anasia & Annalee Powers, Sioux Falls, S.D., one great grand- daughter, Everlynn Skye Ennenga, Charlotte, N.C., two nephews, W. Christopher Hinkle, (Christian) Irvine, CA., Trevor Ennenga, Isanti, MN., Cole Juarez and Britta Juarez both of CA. Three siblings, Joan Ennenga-Hinkle-McConnell (John) Sun City, AZ., Brian Ennenga (Kelly) Vernal, Utah and Jolene Ennenga Worthington, MN. and his favorite four legged friend Izzy.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Fred & Alyce Ennenga, his grandparents Harm & Rose Meyer, Peter & Jennie Ennenga and his uncle Gilbert Meyer.
Services are scheduled for family and friends on Sunday October 25, 2020 at 1:00 PM. Burial will be at Summit Lake Cemetery in Reading, MN. Gathering of family and friends will be at Reading Community Center after graveside service.
Dingman is in charge of Cremation.
