SIOUX FALLS, S.D. - Alan Van Dam, 51, Chandler, Minn., died Sunday, Dec. 12, in Sanford Hospital.

Visitation will be from 4-7 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 16, at Chandler Christian Reformed Church. Visitation will continue from 9:30-10:30 a.m., followed by a funeral at 10:30 a.m., Friday, Dec. 17, at the church. Interment will be in Chandler Memorial Cemetery.

Arrangements by Chandler Funeral Association.
