WORTHINGTON - It is hard to believe the spring season is already here. The forecast looks promising for student-athletes to begin their season outdoors. There will be a spring kick-off on Tuesday, March 29 ,in the high school cafeteria. The event is sponsored by the Sport Booster Club with food served at 5:30 p.m., followed by introduction of spring teams starting at 6 p.m.
Student-athletes interested in a spring sport must have a Worthington participation form and updated physical form on file in the high school office. The participation only needs to be filled out one time per year and a physical every three years. There is a fee of $60 for high school students and 20 for middle school students to participate. Spring schedule can be found on the school website. We ask the community to comes out and supports are local athletes. Go Trojans!
High School Sports Dates: Track - March 14. Softball - March 14. Baseball - March 21. Golf - March 21. Tennis - March 28.
Middle School Sports Dates: Track - March 29. Softball - March 29. Baseball - March 29. Golf - March 29. Tennis - March 28.
