What a true family oriented store - my hat’s off to Fareway.
On Monday, March 23, the store closed its doors for about two hours so its employees could attend the funeral of Daryl Jansma, the father of two former co-workers - Ashley and Bradley Jansma. Bradley has worked there since the doors opened and left due to college. Ashley still works there very part-time, when she finds the time to between college.
I’m just really impressed with the company’s family values, and I will continue to take my business there. We may live in a small community, but a business like Fareway has shown it has a big heart.
