Once again a truckload of love and happiness has left Worthington. The collection week for Operation Christmas Child is over, and 10,073 shoeboxes are on their way from this area. These boxes will go to Belize, Trinidad and Tobago, Uganda, Tanzania and India.
There has been such a great response locally and from the surrounding community with boxes and help in a lot of ways. Once again, we are so grateful for college athletes who came to help load the semis.
We want to remind you that you can pack a box any time, even though the collection center here is closed. Just go online at www.samaritanspurse.org or Build a Box.
