Letter: Sad to see another library director go

When I read in The Globe that our library director had resigned, I thought, "Something is rotten in the state of Denmark (Worthington)."

Having followed the articles in the newspaper, it entered my mind that communications must be very poor among the various entities in our community. More than just this one librarian has left because they did not feel that they were heard.

As a member of the Friends of the Library, I found Marjorie Ferguson to be thoughtful, hardworking, innovative and very respectful. She wanted to gather information of what would serve the community best in a new library, I am sorry to lose her.
