Letter: With abortion, who have we become?

In a letter to the editor dated Jan. 18, the writer writes of people opposing the killing of animals for their fur and the pain they must endure.

Yet, New York legislators applauded the governor when he signed a bill to legalize abortion. Unborn babies can have their brain sucked out before they're born.

I wonder — what kind of people have we become?
