Youth basketball: Sharp-shooters show their stuff

Four young athletes represented the Worthington Elks Lodge Post 2287 Sunday at the Southern District Elks Hoop Shoot Competition in Owatonna. They are (left to right): Trey Heckenlaible, Bridgette Rosenberg, Callie Rosenberg and Nicholas Schroeder. Heckenlaible made 22-of-25 shots to place first in the Southern District and advance to the state competition in Hutchinson on Feb. 20. Schroeder went 18-for-25 to place second with Bridgette Rosenberg and Callie Rosenberg taking third and fourth, respectively.
