WORTHINGTON — District 518 Community Education is going to the South Dakota State University vs. North Dakota State University football game.

The Dakota Marker is the trophy awarded to the winner of the annual football game played between the Bison and Jackrabbits. The trophy weighs nearly 75 pounds and is commonly carried around the field immediately after the game’s conclusion by the winning team.

The game day trip includes a ticket into the game and coach bus ride.There will be a stop for supper after the conclusion of the game, which will be at trip-goers’ expense.

Departure will be at 11 a.m. from Worthington's Shopko Parking Lot; 11:30 a.m. in Luverne, and noon from Sioux Falls. for the 2 p.m. game in Brookings, S.D. Register by calling District 518 Community Education at 376-6105 or online at https://isd518.revtrak.net/.
