Conference champion Hills-Beaver Creek landed four players on the Red Rock Conference girls basketball team for 2019-20, and second-place Southwest Minnesota Christian had three chosen.

Hills-Beaver Creek finished 16-0 in the conference while Southwest Christian was 14-2. Mountain Lake Area/Comfrey was 11-5, Adrian/Ellsworth 9-7, Red Rock Central 9-7, Murray County Central 7-9, Heron Lake-Okabena/Fulda 4-12, Westbrook-Walnut Grove 2-14 and Edgerton 0-16.
