The Luverne High School boys tennis team defeated Lac qui Parle Valley 7-0 and New Ulm 7-0 Saturday in the Lac qui Parle Valley Triangular.

Singles players Mark Robinson, Cade Ver Steeg, Jim Ereickson and Trey Baustian all won in straight sets throughout the day. Doubles players Luke Jarchow and Matt Jelken, and Matt Sehr and Carson Ehde won their matches in straight sets. Cole Stoltenberg and Ethan Thorson had a tough match with LQPV's Jake Lee and Josh Snvasike but prevailed 7-5, 2-6, 10-7.
