ELLSWORTH -- Edgerton's Katie Hadler gave up two earned runs on five hits, while striking out 11 and walking three over seven innings to earn a complete-game 3-2 victory over the Adrian Area Dragons Thursday in a Red Rock Conference softball contest.
Sammi Vanden Bosch, Hailey Van Kley, Alyson Drooger and Dulci Boyum (1 RBI) each had singles for the Flying Dutchmen.
Karli Meyer suffered the loss for the Dragons, giving up two earned runs while striking out 10 and walking seven in seven innings of work on the hill.
Briana Neibuhr scorched a double, while Sam Lynn, Brooke Kramer, Shania Lonneman and Courtney Dreesen each had a single for the Dragons, who visit Tracy-Milroy-Balaton today.

Brittany Wenner suffered the loss for the Wolverines, giving up seven earned runs on six hits while striking out 10 and walking two over seven innings.
Morgan Svalland was 3-for-4 for the Wolverines. Wenner went 2-for-4, while Megan Svalland was 1-for-3 with an RBI single.
RRC/W-WG visits Windom today, while ML/B-O hosts Springfield.

MARSHALL -- Christy Van Dyke went 3-for-3 with a pair of doubles, leading the Luverne Cardinals to a victory over Marshall in the opening game of a Southwest Conference doubleheader.
Luverne later won the nightcap 6-4 to complete the sweep.
Paige Olson and Liz Solma were each 2-for-4 in the opener for the Cardinals (2-2, 2-2).
Van Dyke went 2-for-4 in the second game, while Olson was 2-for-3 with a triple, and Steph Schultz was 2-for-3 with a double.

Kelsey Theesfeld hurled a pair of complete games and struck out a total of seven batters on the day for Luverne, which plays ML/B-O at the Martin County West tournament in Welcome Saturday at 11:30 a.m.

PIPESTONE -- Bailey Bouman and Chelsey Evans each delivered a pitching gem, as the Pipestone Area Arrows swept the Redwood Valley Cardinals in a Southwest Conference doubleheader.
Bouman fanned nine batters and walked two in picking up a complete-game victory in the opener, while Evans twirled a complete-game no-hitter -- her second in as many starts -- and struck out six with no walks in the nightcap.
Evans was 3-for-4 with two doubles and an RBI in the opener, while Kayla Rowden (two RBIs) and Karli Deschepper each had two hits.
Brooke Woelber went 2-for-3 with a double, a triple and three RBIs for the Arrows in the second game, while Rowden was 2-for-4.
PA plays another league doubleheader at Luverne Tuesday.

SLAYTON -- Maddy Robinson struck out nine, walked two and allowed no hits, as her complete-game gem in the circle and 14 Rebel hits propelled Murray County Central past Southwestern United in Red Rock Conference action.
Robinson also had four RBIs to go with her no-hitter, while Becky Blomendaal (3-for-4), Dani Onken (2-for-2) and Tara Onken (2-for-2, two doubles) each had multi-hit days at the plate for the Rebels (1-1, 1-1).
Christine Kazemba pitched a complete game and struck out two batters for SWU (0-3, 0-4).
MCC plays at the Wabasso tournament Saturday, while SWU hosts Worthington today.
