TRACY -- Sydney Lanoue scored a game-high 21 points for Tracy-Milroy-Balaton as it defeated Martin County West in a Section 3AA quarterfinal matchup on Tuesday.
Kaylee Kirk scored 13 points with six assists for the Panthers, while Evy Dolan scored 10 points.
Sierra Williamson scored 15 points for MCW, while Hunter Wrightson scored 11.
The Panthers will play Minneota in the Section 3AA semifinal on Thursday at Southwest Minnesota State University in Marshall.
Minneota defeated Pipestone Area 50-47 on Tuesday to advance to the semifinal.

Margo Stoesz scored 17 points for the Wolverines, while Liana Blomgren scored 14 points.

JACKSON -- Ryan Christopher loaded the box score for Jackson County Central in its season finale victory over Fairmont.
He scored 20 points, with eight rebounds, eight assists, and seven steals.
Jacob Christopher scored 12 points with six assists for the Huskies, Nico Feroni scored eight points with eight rebounds and Chris Gumto grabbed 10 rebounds.
Walker Tordsen scored 16 points for the Cardinals, while Sam Schwieger scored 15 points.
JCC finishes the regular season 22-4 and hosts Martin County West in the first round of the Section 3AA boys basketball tournament on Saturday.
