ST. CLAIR - Twelfth-seeded Heron Lake-Okabena/Fulda went down in the first round of the Section 2A boys baseball tournament to fifth-seeded St. Clair Thursday.
St. Clair won 15-5, putting up 10 hits, three triples and all of its runs over the course of four innings.
For HLO/Fulda, Andrew Madsen went 1 for 3 with a double, RBI and run scored. Ethan Becker had an RBI and two runs scored. Jacob Burdick went 1 for 3 with an RBI and run scored.
HL-O/Fulda completed its first combined season 5-10.
