PIPESTONE -- Outscoring Murray County Central 44-17 in the first half, Pipestone Area coasted to a 15-point boys basketball victory Monday night in Pipestone. Kellen Johnson scored 17 points and Maddox Biever had nine for the Arrows.

Chant Mitchell posted 17 points for MCC.

SIBLEY, Iowa -- Host Sibley-Ocheyedan out-shot Adrian/Ellsworth 38 percent to 25 percent from the field en route to a win over Adrian/Ellsworth.

Logan Bruxvoort led the way with 14 points and nine rebounds. Jonathan Santana had 13 points.

For A/E, Peyton Lewis scored 15 points and pulled down seven rebounds. Dawson Froderman had seven points.

MOUNTAIN LAKE -- Madyson Digmann scored 12 points and Brooklyn Sturm had 11 as Springfield edged Mountain Lake Area/Comfrey.

Brooke Naas with 15 and Julia Brinkman with 12 paced MLA/C, which is now 2-5 on the season.

Albert Lea 3, Windom Area 2

WINDOM -- Jack Ladlie's goal at the 11:18 mark of the third period allowed Albert Lea to trim Windom Area in a boys hockey game. Ladlie had two goals in the contest. Joseph Yoon scored the first Albert Lea goal.

Ethan Rabbe and Wriley Haugen scored goals for the Eagles. Assists went to Haugen, Cragen Porath, Sonny Heil and Zach Espenson.

Windom Area put 28 shots on goal to Albert Lea's 23.
