MITCHELL, S.D. -- Wrestling against tough competition didn't seem to bother Minnesota West's Seth McGregor on Saturday.
Wrestling at the Dakota Wesleyan Open against opponents from four-year schools, McGregor -- a redshirt freshman at MW -- went 5-0 to claim the heavyweight title.
The Bluejays had three wrestling at heavyweight on the day.
Jarek Bannister finished 2-3, while Jonathon Musa was 1-2.
Danny Cordido was 0-2 at 133 pounds, while Dervin Thompson was 1-2 at 141 pounds.

Ryan Davis finished 2-2 at 149 pounds.
At 165, the Bluejays had a pair of wrestlers.
Ryan Teal finished 3-2, while Bryan Louis was 0-2.
MW's home meet for Wednesday has been postponed, but MW will be on the mat against Saturday at the Kaufman/Brand Open in Omaha, Neb.
