CHASKA -- The Minnesota State High School Baseball Coaches Association All-Star Series will feature several players from southwest Minnesota.
Luke Gilbertson of Windom Area, Tyler Reisdorfer and Declan Beers of Luverne and Carter Colemer of Pipestone Area were chosen to participate in games Friday and Saturday at the Chaska Athletic Park.
The South team will play the Metro East at 5 p.m. on Friday, then play the Metro South at 9 a.m. on Saturday. Consolation, third-place and championship games are set for Saturday afternoon and evening.
Derrick Jenniges of Westbrook-Walnut Grove is a coach on the South team.
