EDGERTON - Ryan Wieneke’s three-pointer with only a couple seconds remaining in regulation sent an already intense matchup into overtime.
The Adrian sophomore’s trey knotted the score at 59-all. But a three-pointer by Luke Drooger and a 5-for-7 showing at the line in overtime helped Edgerton to a 69-65 overtime win.
Mason Sluis led the Flying Dutchmen with 17 points. Trey Gilbertson added 15 points and nine rebounds. Dayne Niemeyer tallied 13 points with Drooger adding 11 and five steals.
Mitchell Lonneman poured in 23 points for the Dragons. Zach Hendel and Wieneke added 19 and 11, respectively.

MCC 66, Canby 59
CANBY - Grant Rohrer had a big night and then-some Monday in Canby.
The Murray County Central senior willed his team to a 66-59 nonconference victory over Canby with 28 points, 21 rebounds and blocks.
Cole Bassett added 176 points, four rebounds and four steals for the Rebels. Jack Erickson dished out a team-best four assists. As a team, MCC hit 27-for-45 shots from the field.

T-M-B 84, Pipestone 41
TRACY - In a rematch of last year’s Section 3AA North title game, it was all Tracy-Milroy-Balaton.
The Panthers made 43 percent of their shots from the field while Pipestone Area knocked down only 21 percent. That helped T-M-B to a 84-41 win.
Josh Kirk finished with 24 points and eight boards for the Panthers. Spencer Smith notched 24 points and six assists. Derek Larson poured in 15 with Riley Kirk adding 11.
Joe Morgan scored 12 for the Arrows.
