WORTHINGTON -- The Worthington Trojans have been tabbed the eighth seed in the Section 2AAA playoffs.
Worthington will go on the road to face top-seeded Fairmont Tuesday at 7 p.m.
In Section 3AA, the Luverne Cardinals earned the top seed, and will host St. James Tuesday at 7 p.m.
Tracy-Milroy-Balaton is the No. 2 seed and will host Pipestone Area.
Jackson County Central is No. 3 and hosts Windom.

In Section 3A, Wabasso earned the first seed, and will host Red Rock Central Tuesday, while Springfield is the No. 2 seed and hosts Murray County Central.
Cedar Mountain/Comfrey is the No. 3 seed and will host Fulda, while Adrian earned the fourth seed and hosts Southwestern United.
Edgerton is the second seed in Section 3-9 man and will host Hancock at 7 p.m. Tuesday, while No. 3 Westbrook-Walnut Grove hosts Wheaton at 6:30 p.m.
Fourth-seeded Hills-Beaver Creek/Ellsworth hosts Chokio-Alberta/Herman-Norcross Tuesday.
Teams advancing to the second round will play Saturday, Oct. 25 at the high seed.
