Prep volleyball: Wabasso tops RRC

WABASSO -- Red Rock Central won the first game of Friday night's volleyball match against Wabasso, but the Rabbits won the final three games to earn the victory.

WABASSO -- Red Rock Central won the first game of Friday night’s volleyball match against Wabasso, but the Rabbits won the final three games to earn the victory.

Game scores were 21-25, 25-17, 25-21 and 25-14.

Kennedi Janssen did a little bit of everything for the Falcons on Friday. She was 13-for-15 serving with two aces. She also had a team-best 13 set assists and charted 11 digs.

Nicole Schroepfer had five kills, was 9-for-12 serving with an ace, had one solo block and three block assists and recorded nine digs.

Hannah DeCock also had five kills to go with two solo blocks and three block assists. Katelyn Rogotzke finished with five kills and was 13-for-17 serving with an ace.

Vanessa Kedl had a solo block and two block assists, while Haley Simonson led the Falcons with 17 digs.

The Falcons (1-1) host Windom Area on Tuesday.
