ADRIAN - The Adrian Dragons wrestling team breezed to a pair of victories in a home triangular meet Tuesday, 60-9 over Fulda/Murray County Central and 46-26 over Marshall.
In the other match, Marshall defeated Fulda/MCC 63-6.
Elsewhere on the wrestling circuit Tuesday night, Kerkhoven-Murdock-Sunberg edged Wabasso/Red Rock Central 28-25 in Kerhoven.

The Dragons flexed their considerable muscles in the middle weights against Fulda/Murray County Central, winning five consecutive matches by fall from 138 pounds through 170. Ryan Elias, Logan Nelson, Logan Rogers, Michael Preuss and Hunter Heitkamp earned the pins, and two of them occurred quickly in the first period - Rogers’ in 51 seconds over Jimmy Carlson at 152 pounds and Heitkamp’s in 34 seconds over John Sweetman at 170.
Adrian recorded five falls in their final six matches against Marshall - Rogers at 160, Preuss at 170, Heitkamp at 182, Gavin Engelkes at 220 and Dylan Gyberg at heavyweight.
In F/MCC’s match against Marshall, F/MCC won two matches. Jon Gehl beat Devyn Martzloff 10-6 at 145 and Tate Meyer beat Jackson Hughes 10-3 at 160.

KERKHOVEN - Heavyweight Colton Kinney pinned Wabasso/Red Rock Central’s Cody Coulter in overtime (7:16), clinching the victory for Kerkhoven-Murdock-Sunberg.
W/RRC got victories from Austin Irlbeck (120 pounds), Brakken Bierl (145), Caleb Kemp (152), Mitchell Fulton (160), Nick Altermatt (170), Cole Anderson (195) and Jared Welch (220), but it wasn’t enough to overcome the home team, which five of the first six weight classes.
