ADRIAN -- Abe Paulzine, Nate Kleven and Payton Coulter were all 3-for-4 at the plate for Murray County Central in a 10-run win over Adrian/Ellsworth. Teammates Christian Tentinger and Carter Benda had two hits each as the Rebels collected 17 hits in all.
Coulter and Paulzine pitched for MCC, with Paulzine getting the win in a four-inning performance where he allowed five hits and one run.

Evan Lenz and Quentin Wolf went 4-for-4 for A/E.
Lenz, one of three Dragon pitchers, took the loss.

LAMBERTON -- Ashton Juhnke, Jake Jackson and Ben Hansen had two hits apiece for Red Rock Central/Westbrook-Walnut Grove.
The second game was suspended in the bottom of the first inning.

MOUNTAIN LAKE -- Paris Van Dyke pitched a complete seven-inning game as Edgerton/Southwest Christian edged Mountain Lake Area/Comfrey by a single run.

Alyda VandeGriend had two hits for the Flying Dutchmen.
Golf
Red Rock Conference
FULDA -- In a Red Rock Conference meet, Adrian/Ellsworth placed first as a team in both girls and boys events.
A/E’s girls had 405 points, followed by Westbrook-Walnut Grove/Heron Lake-Okabena/Fulda with 416, Murray County Central 428 and Red Rock Central with 451. For the boys, it was A/E 361, W-WG/HL-O/F 365, MLA/C and MCC 398, Southwest Christian 420 and RRC 439.
Brielle Vis of Southwest Christian shot a 90 for the girls, and Taya Elias of A/E shot a 91.
Sawyer Drent of W-WG/HL-O/F led with 82. Brock Henning of A/E shot an 84.
