Nyborg's 10-yard touchdown run with 8:12 to play in the game gave the Huskies a 27-9 lead.

Marcelo Rinaldi kicked the extra-point after the first three JCC touchdowns, while the Huskies failed on a pass play for a two-point conversion after the last score.

JCC's Evan Tufvesson intercepted a pass late in the game to end Marshall's last threat.

"This was a big win for us," JCC head coach Tom Schuller said. "Beating a 4A school helps us for section points and getting a win over Marshall two years in a row is quite special."
