WORTHINGTON - The Stingrays will be sending 12 swimmers to the Midwest Regional Swim Meet Saturday and Sunday at the University of Minnesota Aquatic Center in Minneapolis where nine different states will be represented. The Stingrays qualified in 28 individual races and four relays.
Blaine Doeden qualified in the 100 individual medley, the 50 butterfly and the 50 breaststroke for boys ages 9 and 10. Joining Doeden in the 50 breaststroke is Anwar Farra.
Sammy Farra qualified in the boys eight and under 50 freestyle and Meredith Moore qualified as part of the 200 medley relay and 200 freestyle relay for girls 18 and under.
Sarah Janssen is part of five races. Janssen will swim in the girls 15 through 18 200 freestyle, 50 freestyle and 100 freestyle and the 18 and under 200 medley relay and 200 free relay.
Cameron Jenson made it to regionals in the 50 freestyle for boys ages 13 and 14 and qualified in the 200 medley relay and the 200 freestyle relay for boys 18 and under.

Madison Neuberger will swim in the 50 freestyle and the 100 breaststroke for girls ages 13 and 14 and the girls 18 and under 200 medley relay and 200 free relay.
Hannah Rahn will swim in six races. Rahn will hit the water in the 50 backstroke, 100 breaststroke, 50 breaststroke, and 50 freestyle for girls ages 9 and 10 and the 200 medley relay and 200 free for girls 18 and under.
Tim Skog will swim in the boys 18 and under 200 medley relay and 200 free relay along with the boys ages 15 through 18 50 freestyle and 100 freestyle.
Matt Sorensen will compete in the boys 18 and under 200 medley relay and the 200 free relay, along with the50 freestyle and the 100 freestyle for boys ages 15 through 18.
Sophie Wietzema will swim in the girls eight and under 25 freestyle, 25 backstroke and 50 freestyle.
Oliver Wolyniec qualified in six races. Wolyniec will swim in the 50-yard freestyle, 100 breaststroke, 200 breaststroke, 100 freestyle for boys ages 13 and 14 and the boys 18 and under 200 medley relay and the 200 freestyle relay.
