JACKSON -- Jackson County Central recorded pins with Kyler Thier (106 pounds), Thomas Freking (145), Skyler Andrews (160) and Isaiah Rodriguez (170), and got a major decision from Dylan Withers at 182 to roll over Pipestone Area in a Big South Conference high school wrestling match Thursday night.
The Arrows also had their moments. Hudson Burnett pinned JCC’s Cael Entriken in 45 seconds at 132 pounds and Aiden Voss pinned the Huskies’ Braydan Winter in 3:56 at 195.

F/MCC Quadrangular
FULDA -- In a four-team meet hosted by Fulda/Murray County Central, Luverne, Tracy-Milroy-Balaton/Westbrook-Walnut Grove and Springfield were added to the mix.
T-M-B/W-WG won three times, toppling Luverne 59-22, Springfield 71-12 and F/MCC 52-24.
Luverne picked up falls by Bernie Rock (113), Matthew Gangestad (120), DJ Rock (160) and Nick Willhite (285) in the Cardinals match with T-M-B/W-WG. Fulda/Murray County Central got falls from Kaston Clarke (106), Aiden Lorenzen (138), Carson Klein (182) and Rylan Klein (285) in its match with T-M-B/W-WG.
Adrian/Ellsworth Quad
ADRIAN -- Adrian/Ellsworth defeated Tri-Valley 36-30 and Windom/Mountain Lake 42-24 in a quadrangular.
Dragons who saw mat time and won against Tri-Valley were Moe Erdman (106), Travis Weiss (120), Bruce Farinella (145), Breyer Hieronimus (160) and Jaren Winselman (220). A/E winners against W/ML were Weiss (113), Charger Erlandson (120), Jackson Jenniges (132), Rilee Heidebrink (152) and Hieronimus (160).

COMFREY -- Brooke Naas scored 22 points and Julia Brinkman scored 20 as Mountain Lake Area/Comfrey defeated Jackson County Central in overtime. The Huskies had an 8-point lead with about three minutes left in regulation only to allow the Wolverines to tie it to force another period.
Maci Farmer scored 25 points with 12 rebounds and four steals for JCC, and Rylie Cother scored 23 points with nine rebounds and four steals. Kylee Wenzell added 12 points.

EDGERTON -- Jarett Kuipers scored 30 points with 13 rebounds to lead Southwest Minnesota Christian to victory over Adrian/Ellsworth. Ethan Sas had 13 points, Jacob Uilk nine points and seven rebounds, and Bennett Talsma nine points and six rebounds.

For Adrian/Ellsworth, Brock Henning scored 26 points with seven rebounds, Logan Brakes had 13 points, Aiden Tweet eight points and Dawson Froderman eight points.

EDGERTON -- Murray County Central’s Bryce Hoekman scored 17 points, 11 rebounds, 10 blocks and had a triple double night to lead the Rebels in a victory over the Edgerton Flying Dutchmen. Tanner Graphenteen finished with 13 points and Christian Tentinger had 12 points.
Jared Fischer scored 14 points and Colin Domeyer had nine points for the Flying Dutchmen.

HILLS -- Dan Kleven scored 13 points to lead the Westbrook-Walnut Grove Chargers to a win over the Hills-Beaver Creek Patriots. Hudsen Jenniges had 10 points.
H-BC’s Beau Bakken scored eight points.

Worthington 141.55, Redwood Valley 133.05
REDWOOD FALLS – A strong team performance pushed the Worthington gymnastics team to victory over Redwood Valley.

The lead gymnast in the all-around category was Worthington junior Hali Bullerman with a score of 36.45. Taking second place was Avery Wilson from Redwood Valley with a score of 35.2. Trojan Olivia Barber placed third with a score of 35.075.
Bullerman took top place on vault with 9.375, and bars with 9.05.
Taking second on the vault was WHS senior Kelsey Soleta with 9.125. Wilson placed third with a score of 9.025.
Trojan Cristy Banegas took second on the bars with a score of 8.475, while Barber placed third with 8.2.
Wilson from the Cardinals took top spot on the balance beam with a score of 9.0. Barber took second for WHS with 8.9, and Bullerman placed third with 8.775.
Addison Gerber continues to delight on the floor routine as she earned top spot with a score of 9.275. Bullerman placed second scoring 9.25, and Barber placed third with 9.125.
The Trojans’ next meet will be Class 1A True Team on Saturday in Worthington.
