Worthington Trojans senior setter Stephie Bauman has earned All-Big South Conference West Division honors, and senior teammate Sophie Wietzema, a hitter, is an honorable mention.
The elite team, released on Tuesday, features four players from the West champion Marshall Tigers. They are seniors Jordyn Hilgemann and Emily Meier, junior Maysa Gillingham and sophomore Caitlyn Christenson. Redwood Valley put Sydney Sommers, Haley Garman and Kate Ahrens on the squad.
Jackson County Central juniors Sadie Voss and Georgianna Wenzel were picked. Windom Area and Pipestone Area each had one player chosen, freshman Tristyn Maras for the Eagles and McKenzie Dulas for the Arrows. Luverne had two: senior Gracie Zewiske and junior Elise Ferrell.
Honorable mentions were Wietzema, Taylor Ariasola of Marshall, Aubree Hicks of Redwood Valley, Grace Brinkman of JCC, Reghan Bork of Luverne and Delaney Smith of Windom Area.
