Bedford Industries employees scoop up samples of their chili for to be taken back to event judges during Saturday's Red Hot Chili Cookoff at the Worthington Event Center. Snowy and frigid weather postponed the cookoff from Friday to Saturday, and multiple other events associated with the community's Winterfest celebration were canceled. It's still hoped the Deep Freeze Dip will be rescheduled for a later date. (Alyssa Sobotka / The Globe)
