HL-O/F 3, MCC 0

FULDA -- Marissa Becker, Taryn Evers and Maddie Schumacher brought hitting balance to the Heron Lake-Okabena/Fulda high school volleyball team Tuesday night as the Coyotes swept visiting Murray County Central 25-14, 25-21 and 25-16.

Becker had 10 kills, and Evers and Schumacher both had eight. Ellie Bang had 33 set assists. Emma Rasche had 18 digs and Sam Untied had 15 digs.

For MCC, Emily Rohrer made nine kills, Kate Slettum had 20 assists and Kiana Felber had 15 digs.


W-WG 3, Adrian/Ellsworth 0

WESTBROOK -- Westbrook-Walnut Grove took Adrian/Ellsworth in three, 25-18, 25-15 and 25-22.

Macie Christians was 24-for-25 serving with three aces for W-WG, and teammate Natalie Wahl added 11 kills. Kelsey DeSmith had 31 digs and Addeson Jenniges 17 assists.

Josie Altman had 21 set assists for Adrian/Ellsworth. Mayssa Tweet led the team with 13 digs, and Hali Bullerman had 12.

Unity Christian 3, H-LP 0

ORANGE CITY, Iowa -- Host Unity Christian breezed past Harris-Lake Park, 25-9, 25-15, 25-7.

Zella Ingham had two kills for H-LP and teammate Hailey Cody contributed seven digs.
